My standard fee is $175.00 for a fifty-minute psychotherapy session. I aim to make psychotherapy accessible and offer a sliding scale based on your income, which we can discuss more in person.  

I am currently an in-network provider with Optum Behavioral Health, Anthem Blue Cross, and MHN.

I can also provide you with a monthly itemized invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. This can help subsidize the cost of the services I offer.
